Pro-EMA Restaurant

Open to the public, our training restaurant is where students from the culinary program learn by doing. Under the guidance of professional instructors, they prepare and serve delicious meals, gaining essential experience in cooking, customer service, and teamwork.

Sunset Inn Timor-Leste

Sunset Inn is more than just a hotel—it’s a live learning environment. As part of Pro-EMA, it serves as the training ground for our hospitality students. From reception to room service, students actively participate in day-to-day hotel operations, preparing them for careers in the tourism and service industries.
